On the 16th and 18th of April our rainbow playroom had an outing to a local care home – High Gate. We had been collecting donations of Easter eggs from our families at the nursery for the children to deliver on their visit. Over 80 Easter eggs were donated, which was absolutely phenomenal, and the children were so excited to gift these to the residents. We had many parent volunteers who assisted the children in walking to High Gate safely. Once we arrived, the children sang some songs, handed out pictures they had drew and gifted the Easter eggs. The residents were over the moon and enjoyed the children’s company – a fantastic day for all!
Many thanks to everyone who helped make this outing possible!
